Terms & Conditions
General Terms
- By entering this promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please ensure you have read and accepted them in full before participating.
- Participation in the promotion is restricted to individuals aged 18 or over who currently own a holiday home and are account holders at Bowleaze Cove Holiday Park & Spa, Chesil Beach Holiday Park, Osmington Mills Lodge Park or Tregoad Holiday Park. Employees of Waterside, their immediate families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse, and life partners), or anyone professionally associated with this promotion are excluded from participation. By participating in the promotion you are confirming you meet this criteria.
- Your personal information will be used in accordance with data protection legislation and our privacy terms and conditions.
- The promotion period runs from 00:01 BST on 1st March 2025 to 23:59 BST on 31st May 2025.
- To enter the promotion, participants must complete the following ‘Part Exchange Appointment Process’:
- Contact the Ownership (/Sales) Team to book an appointment.
- Allow the Sales Team to appraise your holiday home.
- Join a Sales Representative for three holiday home viewings and provide feedback.
- Receive a quote to upgrade your existing holiday home.
- To gain the opportunity to win your site fees, you must take part in the following.
- Hook one out of the 20 ducks in the tank located in your Ownership Enquiry Centre. If you hook the duck with stars on its base, you gain the opportunity to progress through to the next stage where you could win your site fees. If you hook a duck without the stars, you will not gain the opportunity to progress through to the next stage for the chance to win your site fees. Instead, you will win a prize based on the shape on the base of the duck you hook.
- If you hook the duck with stars on its base, you will move through to the next stage which involves selecting, at random, one ‘egg’. In one of the eggs, there is a chick. If you select the egg with the chick inside, you win your site fees for the 2025 season. If you select an egg with no chick inside, you will win a prize based on the shape found within the egg.

No purchase is necessary to enter the promotion or qualify for prizes.
- By taking part, each entrant grants the Promoter a non-revocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the copyright and other intellectual property rights vesting in their entry for all purposes connected with this Promotion. Entrants confirm they have the rights necessary to grant this license and that their participation complies with all applicable laws.
- By agreeing to these terms, you consent to Waterside sharing your name via social media or email when announcing winners.
- The main prize is free site fees for 2025 and can be won by any of Waterside’s holiday home owners who hold an account with either Bowleaze Cove Holiday Park & Spa, Chesil Beach Holiday Park, Osmington Mills Lodge Park or Tregoad Holiday Park. Owners can take part in the process at Bowleaze Cove Holiday Park & Spa, Chesil Beach Holiday Park or Tregoad Holiday Park.
- The prizes are non refundable, non transferable and no cash (or other) alternative is available. If you win your site fees by taking part in this campaign, Waterside Holiday Group will credit your rent ledger with the sum of 2025 site fees billed. If you are awarded free site fees for 2025 and then leave Waterside part-way through the 2025 season, you will not receive a refund, full or partial, for your 2025 site fees. If you have paid your site fees in full for the 2025 season, you will be credited the total amount already paid. If you have paid your site fees in part for the 2025 season, you will be credited the total amount already paid plus the total amount outstanding. If you have not paid any amount of your site fees for the 2025 season, you will be credited the entire amount due and therefore not be required to make any payment.
- In the event that the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions and to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected entries. Moderation & Liability
- The Promoter reserves the right to reject entries which, in the reasonable opinion and sole discretion of the Promoter, are in breach of the Terms and Conditions No responsibility can be taken for entries which are late, lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete, do not comply with entry criteria or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. The Promoter together with any associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting a Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence. The Promoter may refuse to award a Prize in the event of any entrant’s fraud, dishonesty, breach or non-entitlement under these Terms & Conditions or seek recovery of its value if the Prizes have been awarded. In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and the details in any promotional material, the details in the Terms & Conditions will prevail. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

- Appointments for participation must be booked and take place within the validity period: 1st March 2025 – 31st May 2025.
