Life as an Owner

We have family entertainment and activities every weekend and during the day. Why not try our forest ranger activities by the gorgeous lakes where you can toast marshmallows on the fire and learn about the surroundixng wildlife? We also cater for the younger generation with our kids’ adventure play area and games room with pool and table tennis.

When it comes to furry friends, Cornwall could have been made for dogs. With seemingly endless beaches, glorious walks and so many dog-friendly attractions, ownership at Tregoad welcomes the whole family, even those with four legs! All we ask is that they are kept on a lead at all times whilst outside in the holiday park except for the designated dog-walking area.

Your four-legged friends are also welcome in the Stargazy Bar & Grill at Tregoad.

Our holiday home and lodge owners receive 20% off our Waterside Delivers App and restaurant where you can view menus, place and pay for orders, and either book a table or arrange for your food and drink to be delivered straight to your holiday home!

You will also receive complimentary bus travel between Tregoad Park and Looe, as well as fantastic on-park discounts and exclusive owners’ events.

What’s at Tregoad Holiday Park?

Tregoad has a range of leisure facilities for owners to enjoy, including our newly refurbished indoor heated pool, children’s outdoor play area, indoor soft play and family room. Tregoad also boasts a fantastic restaurant, Stargazy Bar & Grill, which offers a range of family favourites and local specialities, complete with a terrace, fire pit and fairy lights.

For those looking for sporting fun, we have plenty of opportunities where you can unleash your competitive side with air hockey or a game of pool. Or, you can just cheer on your favourite sports team on the big screen.

Yes! Each holiday home on our new development comes with the option to add an EV charging point.

All of our holiday homes come with free super-fast Wi-Fi which is accessible across the parks. When you browse our Holiday Homes for sale at Tregoad you can see all the features and specifications, including high speed Wifi.

Owning one of our holiday homes at Tregoad doesn’t just give you access to the seaside and nature, but also a range of park facilities including swimming pools, our award-winning Stargazy Bar & Grill restaurant and lots of evening entertainment. All holiday homes have the option of a hot tub. We also have lodges with sunken outdoor firepits. Other features include outdoor showers, wine coolers, sky lights and island units.

Yes, for new and pre-loved holiday homes we will show you which locations are suitable for the size of holiday home you are purchasing and then the choice is yours! We also have two new developments in Cornwall, Lansallos Walk and Plaidy Point.

Lansallos Walk boasts: two premium car parking bays per pitch, space for large decking areas -perfect for summer BBQs. What’s more, all our lodges for sale in Lansallos walk are south-facing, making them the ideal location for watching the sunset.

Plaidy Point is another luxury holiday home development with lodges that are slightly raised, creating the optimal spot to soak in the surroundings. There are also luxury hot tubs available, the perfect accompaniment to these south-facing lodges with stunning sea views.
